Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of your order being placed. We are able to make shipments from Monday-Saturday from 9am – 4pm. Any order placed after 2pm on a Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday. 

Who do you ship with?

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on the destination and shipping speed requested. 

How will I know that you’ve received my order?

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address. You will receive a subsequent email when your product ships, including tracking information (if available).

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as you can. As long as your item has not left our facility to be shipped, we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancelations. Once the item has left our hands to be shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order or make changes. 

Can I track my order?

All orders will come with a tracking. It will be located in the shipping confirmation you will receive once your item has shipped.
